We currently have several suites available ranging in size from 2,390 SF to 25,309 SF. Suite 175 which contains 8,111 SF, has direct access to the building loading dock. Suite 125 is mostly furnished at no additional cost!  The rental rate is $24.50/SF/year full service (includes utilities and nightly cleaning service) and a reasonable amount of remodeling to suit your companies needs.
